This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our online store.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. It must be returned in the same state as you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain final sale items are non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team through the designated form on our website. You will need to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send your package.
All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include all parts and accessories. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will process eligible returns within a standard processing period. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing tags for reasons not due to our error.
- Items purchased during final sale promotions, as clearly marked.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every order before it leaves our facility. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a return and a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photographs of the product and its packaging to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
If you receive a refund, the credit will be applied to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the policies of your payment provider.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver directly.
